Supposedly the firemen have been getting training on Basic Life Support things - however they are not to administer drugs that the Paramedics who have Advanced Life Support training are liscenced to do.  Not sure what is going to happen - it is a little scary right now.  Larry is already starting to freak out a little.....I am trying not to panic!

Oh Steffi,
I hope the mayor rethinks that idea...better to get rid of some waste disposal personnel, or street personnel than the EMTs.  Oy is right.

Praying for the best for you guys.

Hugs,
Trish

Tell Larry and the UNION to hang tough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  We need MORE UNIONS in this city/state/country!!!!!!  Can you tell I'm pro-union????

The mayor seems to be trying to break all the unions in the city.  We also voted for him, much to our dismay.....

Gene is rooting for Larry and the union as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Morning All - be careful if you are headed out, there is already a lot of water on the roads.

I am at wor****il 1 today then off for my iron infusion. After that home to hang with my Grandmother, Mom, Cousin and Amelia. Nothing exciting but that's my kind of day lately!

Morning all - long soggy commute in this morning but we made it safely. Got better as it started to get lighter out but driving in the dark in rainy weather has never been easy for me. Hubby was very chatty on the way in - not sure it was a distraction or disturbance!!

Anyway I'm at work all day today - not much on my agenda tonight, either.

Enjoy your day - stay dry!

I don't think I could fit 98 people in my house!

Good morning Trish and PA,

Today is going to be a CRAZY day all around!! We are having some guy from the Department of Education coming with about 300 of his closest friends to spend the day at our school. I had to get up at the crack of dawn just so I could get a parking space! I am not leaving this building until 3:30.
After school I have to go home, get Dee and her friend from school, do homework, get something for dinner then off to our first Brownie meeting of the year!! Then home to collapse....This week has been BUSY!!!!

Be careful out there today!!!
