I have to share this..
so some of you know I have been battling my RA for awhile now. It's been since 8/18 since I have gotton on my Elliptical. So that is a looong time for me. Anyaway I was so bad that I was hardly able to get out of bed. I had ballooned upto 150lbs. I am happy to report that I jumped on the scale this morning and I am 144lbs!! Whoo Hoo I thought I wanted to get to 130lbs but I did not look right at that weight so I am aiming for 140 to 135. I would be happy to be at 140lbs! That would be a normal BMI plus I see Dr. Pupkova in January and did not want her to have a heart attack that I had gained almost 15lbs this last year.
Thanks for letting me ramble on. Oh I think I lost this weight because I have been sick but as a result I also got back onto track and watching what I ate. Protein first, Vegetables, Fruits and then carbs if I really have room. I have to say carbs are overrated once I weaned myself off it this past week I have not had the mood swings and or water retention that I was experiencing from my RA being so bad. Who would have thought? Any way I am soooo happy. Almost 3 years out I know my tool ROCKS!!!
