Treadmill Question
Hey...so as many of you know I adored my treadmill! I haven't had one in awhile and have been trying to hit the park trails but want to get a treadmill for when the weather starts to turn colder, etc. I have found a manual treadmill on Wal-Mart.com that is within my budget range...but I have never had a manual treadmill. does anyone have any experience with manual treadmills? I know you have to power it basically but is it worth it?? Here is the link to the treadmill I found:

Stay away from non-motorized. For jogging you need a longer belt and a higher horsepower motor. In general with any exercise equipment you get what you pay for.

I'm with the others on this one, Laura - if you're going to do it invest in a better, electric one - the manual ones are very limited with what you can do, and as small as you are now probably won't be challenging enough - check yard sales, Craigs List, places like that - people buy them all the time then don't use them.
Which reminds me that I am calling today to schedule an appt to get mine FIXED - I miss it!!
