Random thought for a girl's outing.

This girl runs cooking classes. Like really fancy or tailored to your needs and even does ethnic cuisine. You learn about the prep in an intimate setting with a commercial grade kitchen and then you get to eat what you made.  She can do low carb, low fat and even low/no sugar. She's a really nice lady and makes it fun. Just a thought.

That does sound like fun, but I'm just wondering if we could teach ourselves these things.   Because if I am going to spend $65 plus, I think I would put that money towards taking a weekend class at the CIA up in NY... I think some of their classes start at $100 and such...

Like if we wanted to learn how to cook Indian, I know that Shilpa would teach us how to do that and we could just chip in for the ingrendents for it... other ideas... Liz and baking... I can teach Mexician and anything cheesecake lol... etc... I know lots of us have areas that we are "experts on"... Because I can always send Jeremy and the girls to his parents house to have people over to teach etc...

Chef Alice was a top chef. It's a really small setting and the class is individually formated. Then after your done you sit down to a meal that would likely cost more then what it cost you for the class.
I've not done a private class but have seen her demos at a couple trade shows and know some who have done classes and keep returning.
