B 1/2 bagel with cream cheese
S protein bar
L turkey meatloaf and sm cup of soup
S cottage cheese
D meat and some green veggies (Tim is cooking)
S cottage cheese and strawberries
Actuals: Now that i am track actuals....I'm seeing terrific improvement in blood sugars. My 'range' was between 75 pre and 120 post. YIPPEEE!
DInner was a small steak and green beans.
Snack was cottage cheese, strawberries and on a whim, i sprinkled a tbls of ground flax seed. (need more fiber since I'm on iron) it was quite yummy... nutty flavor.
And a bonus....made it another day without snacking ont he car ride home!!!
