80 days without a binge!
Hi everyone - It's been 2 months since my surgery and I feel amazing! Not one probelm (knock wood) other than low energy at times, I'm guessing from the decrease in calories. My favorite protein is Isopure which I could drink all day so I dilute it with water.
And my best achievement to date - 80 DAYS without a binge - probably the longest I've gone in my entire life . Unfortunately my other probelms (like procrastination) are still there. Hope you all are doing great and even though I don't post a lot I do read this forum because it's been so helpful.

Carolyn,
That's excellent news! Congratulations. Take the time during this honeymoon period to figure out the WHY behind the binging and procrastination, as that will help you deal with the issue longer term as you get farther out. It's a great opportunity right now to clear your head and build your tools!
The low energy can be a combination of lowered calorie intake, and from nutrient deficiences so keep an eye on that and if you see it increasing in frequency, get blood work done and review with your doctor. B12 and iron deficiencies are pretty common and can have that symptom.
Keep fighting the good fight! You're doing great.
