Wacky Wednesday Roll Call

Morning PA!
I don't know how some of you do it! Just reading your posts exhausts me.

Methinks I may have got a little carried away at the gym last night. My calves/shins/thighs are aching. It kept me up most of the night and Tylenol did absolutely nothing. That's what I get for being ****y and increasing my weights without thinking.

Today is work. Tonight is support group for Crozer. I'm on the fence about going though. I know I should but... well, the last 2 haven't been great. I might take this month off.

Then most exciting, we are trying Caramel Apple Cottage Cheese Pancakes from Eggface's site! Can't wait. I've been thinking about pancakes for a few days so hopefully this satisfies the craving.

Have a good day y'all.

I am here in work and once home I will be doing more laundry and trying to organize the house before we go away again on vacation next week. Den is working late so I will make dinner for myself then make him a plate.

I have to attempt to organize my closets once again.... I need an extra day in the week so it seems.

Good morning, all!

I have another crazy day at work, but I am leaving a little early to go see "A Little Night Music" on Broadway with my mom. Should be a good time! One of the biggest non-scale victories for me has been the fact that I can now comfortably sit in a Broadway theatre seat!!! This will be the 5th play I've seen in the last 15 months. I have to make up for lost time, you know.

I hope everyone is having a great day!

I love it NON SCALE VICTORY! SO important to acknowledge them. Why do we give the number on a scale so much power? Have fun at your musical

Thank you! As I get further out, it seems to me that the NSVs are the ones I really should be tracking anyway. I may need to start a list!

You should definitely have a list.. dammit, so should I..We ALL should.  This is the kind of stuff we need to look at when the scale doesn't show what we are doing.

Hey everyone!

Busy day for me, working a double today.  For a change, the first 6 hours are on the medic truck and the second half (10 hours) at the Coroner's Office.  The medic shift flew by, I'm off in 10 minutes.  We've been really busy and have dealt with nothing nonsense, especially for a Wednesday morning.  I did make a lifelong friend this morning and I'm sure we'll be exchanging Christmas cards for years to come......  It's actually days like today that make me love being a medic; even with the fighting, spitting and cursing, I do love my job.

Hope everyone has a great one!

Hi Steffi & PA peeps,   Am hoping that all of the moms & dads are passed the first day of school tears and are on to celebrating it..   I am at work and putting together the plans to push my 3 projects forward again… Of course, even though there is a project manager on each from the business side, do you think any of them moved forward one single inch???  NO! End dates are the same, but no movement in 2.5 months.. Excellent.. of all my projects, I like the doomed ones the best!!   Tonight we have our celebratory dinner for the go live of the SAP HR system at Maggiano’s. I don’t get the option to pick what I want off of the menu.. they chose two entrees and haven’t shared what they are, so this should be interested. I won’t want to be a pain in the arse.. but I just may have to be!  I head to Mt. Gretna with my friend from work who owns a cottage there to spend the night..   Swede (or should I say little Swede, because you are shrinking J ) – Sugar Alcohols are up and down with me.. sometimes they tear me up like Beth C mentioned, other times, no reaction – but as is the theme with all – avoid en if it is a trigger to over indulge and in all cases, moderation.  I usually just eat one or two pieces and I am satisfied.   That’s all for me!   Maura

Good Afternoon Nicole and PA,
Sorry I am late posting this.  I slept very late, due to being at the ER last night with dehydration and my digestive system, especially my pouch, being aggravated.  I did not get home till 4:00.

I have to tidy my living room, and get to an AA meeting today
