Actuals

S chhiobani and strwaberries (didn't have any SF icecream in the house!)

throughout the day --- decaf coffee, decaf tea, water.

Unplanned:   In the car on the way home from work....stuck in traffic, stressed.... ate 6 cocopops grain cakes (15 cals each)..... the commute home is a trouble time for me .  Today I plan to have a fresh cup of decaf for my ride home... any food items will be in the trunk so I do have access to them.

It is so important to know when our " witching hours " are. I like you had mine when I was in the car on the commute, the thought of that drive without something else to do like eat, drink or talk on the phone was unbearable. Good for you for sticking to 99% of your goal

I usually use the car time to call friends ....however, as life would have it -- my phone was out of commission.  It was almost flushed!  LOL
