It is... very low fat and REALLY easy...

I use Peche Lambic beer (i get it at Wegmans, usually)... the quart size.  Just toss the pork roast in the crock pot with the beer, 2 large onions (sliced), 2 large apples (sliced), 2 large peaches (sliced) and some salt, pepper, onion powder, and italian spice grinder (maybe about a teaspoon?).  Cook on LOW for 6 - 8 hours.  That's it.  The peaches and apples basically "disappear" into the sauce, thickening it a tiny bit.  Mainly I slice the pork and serve it with the onions.  Very very tender.

Today was a bad day for food fluids

Ride to work:  24 oz water
Arrive at work:  Make 24 oz decaf tea w/splenda and 3 little half & half containers - at 2pm it was still sitting at my desk cold with about 4 oz drank out of it - threw it away

B:  protein shake, 12 oz almond milk & two scoops of protein powder.  I've found I can no longer use the blender, the foamy shakes upset my pouch so I have a shaker bottle I take to work now

L:  6 oz sugar free jello

2pm - make new 24 oz of decaf tea w/splenda and 3 little half & half containers - I did finally drink it prior to leaving work

Ride home from work:  24 oz crystal light

D:  6 oz roasted potatoe soup - pureed w/1 oz cheddar cheese melted into it

S:  3 oz homemade applesauce

Now I'm going to go downstairs and have a glass of milk then get ready for bed....
