Here's what I plan to eat

B: egg sandwich
S: 2 cheese sticks
L: roast beef and provolone roll ups
S: banana
D: home made veal parm and broccoli
S: chocolate pudding

UGH  Not feeling the food today so will see how it goes

m2  yogurt
m3  turkey meatballs
m4  cheese and crackers
m5  chili and cheese.

pouch test day 2.. day 1 went well... felt like I was constantly consuming something, but it was all liquid so I guess that's ok, right?

M1: yogurt and coffee
M2: protein decaf
M3: tomato soup
M4: protein shake
M5: greek yogurt w/ sf pudding
M6: protein ice cream

water water water water... definitely felt the increase in fluids yesterday.. needed the system flush bad
