Chicken stock and fresh minced garlic make a flavorful marinade and basting sauce for moist and tender grilled chicken breasts.
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups Swanson® Chicken Stock
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
Directions:
Stir the stock and garlic in a shallow nonmetallic dish or gallon-size resealable plastic bag. Add the chicken and turn to coat. Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Remove the chicken from the stock mixture.
Lightly oil the grill rack and heat the grill to medium. Grill the chicken for 15 minutes or until it's cooked through, turning and brushing often with the stock mixture. Discard the remaining stock mixture.
Recipe Tips:
Note: Swanson® Seasoned Chicken Broth with Roasted Garlic is no longer available. Campbell's Kitchen has modified this recipe with chicken stock to deliver the same great dish you enjoyed.
That does look good! I just came from TJ's and they have pre-cooked (grilled) chicken breasts in Balsamic Reduction and Rosemary. They look delish! Simple to take to work and reheat. I cut them up in strips for snacks too. Don't know why I never noticed them before. They have a couple different flavors.
