Good morning PA!

Awww Pam you are such a sweet friend! She is lucky to have you!  Have fun!

As for me not much on the agenda today...probablly heading into work for a few hours then home...waiting on some news regarding the attack/vandalism that happened over the summer...hopefully the D.A. soffice will call with some good news today. (Saying a prayer! ) So keep me inyour thoughts today...thank you!

If I am not too anxious and stressed will prob hit the trail at the park and just walk....lots of thoughts swirling about in my head and it will prob be a good idea to try to walk and clear my head...

Tonight just going to veg out at home and watch a movie and see if I can catch up on the Jersey Shore (That always makes me laugh...)

Hope everyone has a great day!

Much luv!

morning Pam and all...

didnt get to the gym last night because we ended up at Rascals for the birthday celebration.  Came home after and had a protein shake and later some protein ice cream and went to bed.

Today is day 2 of my pouch test.

Working til 3:30

GYM TONIGHT--- definitely pilates, possibly body pump.  My shoulder and upper back on the right side are kind of sore so I'll have to see how they feel later.  I can always go and just use light weights so I still get something.

Nothing else going on.. I already have a batch of protein ice cream going for tonight and there is a load of laundry folded on my bed and a few others that need to be done throughout the day.  Ahhhh feel the excitement!

Morning Pa and Pam,
Pam don't know how you keep it all straight.  Although the over nite tour was my fav. no one around to answer to, and was able to get my work done for the most part without getting stressed out.  As for the cake, wish I could be there, just to see it of course.  Getting last minute errands run, and some stuff together to take to Tn with us.  We were invited to a picnic, and I need to take a dish, and a dessert.  Have no idea what, but will think of something.  Packing up more stuff to move down to the Tn house, and then getting our stuff together for a few days stay.
Have a good day everyone.
Hugs Ena

Good morning everyone, hope y'all don't mind the newbie posting..

As for me, I'm about to head to bed in a little bit for some much needed zzzz's...  I too work nights, and I normally work 18:00 - 06:00 (6p - 6a).  Even though I'm not working right now, my body is still on that up at night/sleep during the day schedule.  I actually don't mind, as it will make going back to work in a few weeks that much easier.

I'm excited because my best friend is coming over for a visit tonight.  She has been out of town, so I haven't seen her since before my surgery.  It's a godsend that she is coming over, because I'm going out of my mind with boredom!  There is only so much that I can do around the house.  This whole not being able to drive for 2 weeks thing is getting a bit old......

Anyways, I hope that everyone has a great day.

I'm a 911 dispatcher.  I answer 911 and non-emergency lines and dispatch police officers.  It's a great job, and I absolutely love it.  It can be pretty exciting at times, but then there are times that it is the most boring job that I've ever had.

That does sound like an interesting job!!! I work about 1/4 mile down the road from the Horsham PD.

Good luck with the healing!

we absolutely LOVE newbies - welcome to the roll call.....we always want more men around....(Well, I do - but let's not let that get out!)  And I know Pam is always happy to have another vampire around - my hubby is one as well.  He is a medic in Philly.  8P-8A - crazy people you all are! :)  Keep up the great work.  Can't wait to hear about all your wow moments! :)

Good Morning Pam & PA - have fun at your work party tonight!

I am at work and barely keeping my eyes open. I wish Amelia would sleep through the night, it wasn't so bad when I was home but now that I am working full time it's rough getting up once or twice a night. Keeping my fingers crossed she sleeps through the night soon. I am actually drinking real coffee this morning - yep, that bad! lol I haven't had caffeine in 3 1/2 years. So at wor****il 4 today then stopping at the pharmacy and my Mom's to pick up Amelia. Headed home to make dinner and relax. I am definately going to bed when Amelia does tonight!
