Breakfast and switching it up
I am trying to switch up what I eat for breakfast... it is normally an egg with a little cheese on top... nothing fancy but super easy in the morning to fix for everyone in the morning...
Now I found these articles and didn't help me much because some of them will take too long to make in the morning... I normally have about 5 mins. I have learned that my body doesn't like starting with a carby breakfast... if I have some kind of carb with it I try to get it to be one carb servering of 15gs or below... but some of the ideas in the articles I am going to use for Lore and Annabelle...
