Plans for today:
Walking/Jogging on the treadmill from whatever time I get to the gym till 8:10 before spin class (will probably be about 7:45-0810)
Spin from 8:15-0900
Ab work afterwards
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
Well compared to you I would hardly call my work-out tonight 'moving and groovin' but I am getting on my bike again and getting moving. I'm making a meatloaf for dinner so once I get that mixed and in the oven I can jump on my bike while its baking. And walking the dog - that's always on my agenda. Since my exercise has been almost non-existent lately this is the best I can do to get back in the saddle.
Slacker?? Me??? Well, yeah sometimes I am!! But today I moved, I grooved, I fell in a hole...We took a beach walk, 20 blocks in the water. There were troughs that were faily deep (up to my butt sometimes), and we walked through those. I was pretty tired when we got back. I'm finding the ocean different this year---I can't 'stand my ground' as well as I used to. No complaints though!

Slackers??? nope... but some of us are just late catching up today (good for you, Julia!)...
Went to the gym this morning earlier than usual (trying to adjust my schedule a bit with the start of classes). Did a 5 minute "sprint" on the treadmill to warm up. Then did a full weight circuit - FAST reps and more reps than usual, with my weights on the high side of my range. By the time i got to the shower my muscles were all shaky. Felt great! Now starting to stiffen up a bit as night settles in - should be nice and sore tomorrow!
Topped off the day with another evening of cleaning out the studio - schlepping boxes, going through old stuff, packing up old books and crap and getting it out to the recycle bin. Also kicked my butt ;-).
Tomorrow's a running day, depending on how I feel when i get up. May end up being an incline walk day. Hard to tell.
