OMG.. Just a banana! It is truly magic!!
Ok, so Liz posted this thing called the yonana ( http://www.yonanas.com/order-yours.html ) - It says you can make ice cream with just a frozen banana.. what? really? sounds crazy.. So Liz said, why buy it when you can do it yourself in a food processor.. So, I took a 1/2 of a frozen banana, put it in my mini food processor and I can't believe how good it was.. tasted just like banana ice cream.
I tried to improve upon it when I made it for my husband and I added a tablespoon of fat free half & half and it was even better..
simply amazing...

Soooo many directions this post could go to about "just a banana" and being posted by a girl....
But maybe I have spent to many nights as an ER nurse lol
anyway...what's the deal...frozen banana in a food processor and that's it? Totally cool!

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
My nut had mentioned this to me so time ago, I liked it but never thought about posting it here. I did however have a craving for choc covered frozen banana. I looked for choc Alba in the store and could not find it, so I bought some sugar free hot choc, opened the pack, rolled the banana in it and frozen it, it was great!!! I guess if you wanted to take the time you could use some cocoa, and powdered milk, a little splenda to taste and roll it in that, I will try that next time. Another time I sliced the banana up and rolled the slices in the hot choc, and froze them, the grandchildren loved it. ( it was rather a messy process doing it that way thought)
