PA Highmark PPO ?s

I all.  I have just lurked on this board before, but I I have some questions that I thought some of my PA OH friends might be able to answer.

I just started my six month wait and will not be eligible for surgery until mid Feb.  Anyhow...  here are my questions.

I am down 15 pds and doing well.  If I lose say 50 pounds by Feb. will they still approve me or tell me to keep dieting?  (My BMI would still be much over 40)

And then a long way down the road question - Will Highmark pay for any plastics after WLS and does anyone know the criterea?

I am using St. Margarets/Pittsburgh Bariatrics.

I  dont' know about your insurance,.....mine did notr pay for p;lastic.........I was a danivlle, pa...I had   medicare and a sub contract...I paid out of poclket......check our yoru insuracne........
