Change up your food, don't get stuck in a food rut.  Vary the types of proteins and veggies regularly.  Go back to eating what you were eating when you were 2 months out.  Vary the calories. fat, protein, eliminate all white carbs from your daily life. Try not to let your carbs exceed your fat intake.

Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.

If you read the introduction to the pouch test you will see it states that it was designed for those who think their pouch is broken or no longer working because their appetite is out of control.  Doing the phases of foods all over again in a 5 day period should re-enorce that your pouch still works and depending on what type of food your eating (liquids, puree, soft, solid) will determine how full you feel.  It was not meant to cause a weight loss or do anything other than to prove to yourself that you have not ruined your pouch and it will still work provided your eating the right type of foods)

Courtzi,

No - the pouch test is designed to do 2 things... get your head back into WLS mode and to remind you that your tool still works if you let it.    Google 5DPT or 5-day pouch test and you'll find the plan out there... pretty easy to follow.  Doing it should "reset" your head a bit around your eating habits.

Otherwise, I agree with Nan's advice.  Change it up, be consistent with exercise (and you should vary your exercise and push yourself - if it feels "easy" you need to move on to something harder)... view exercise as part of your daily hygeine like brushing your teeth.... LOG your food and exercise, especially if you've gotten out of that habit - it might very clearly show you where you've gotten off track and/or help you regain the mental discipline around your food behaviors.    (I use sparkpeople.com, which I love for that .... and I also post to the daily menu thread here as part of my accountability.)

And remember - we're here for you!

Also, just be aware that this is the time for a stall; don't go all crazy about stuff, just keep doing what you KNOW you should be doing. Journal your food intake to be sure that refined carbs haven't sneaked back into your meals, make sure you get your exercise (do some weights training--really good for you), and STAY OFF THE SCALE.

You just do the right things and your tool will work.

There are people who do NOT lose weight on the 5DPT (myself included) and I NEVER advocate crash diets pre or post op life....but the 5DPT does indeed have a great way of resetting  your head.

What are you doing as far as exercise is concerned?  It might be time to amp up the volume/intensity/frequency/type?

What is your daily food routine?

The more info we have on what you are doing, the better off we can help you....
