Your welcome.  I also sprinkle either nutmeg or cinnamon on the top when I make the vanilla.  I've never put that when I use other flavorings - maybe in the future I'll have to try and see how it tastes...

Happy Sunday all. Sort of a gloomy day out there but that's ok - have more indoor stuff to do than outdoor. Busy day of errands for me then sitting picking crabs so I can freeze the meat for soup. No cooking today since we have leftovers from our dinner out last night.

Other than that a quiet day for me. Enjoy your day everyone.

Morning everyone! I am home from Miami, thank goodness! The flights home were stressful; thanks to late shuttles, computer problems, late flights, running through the airport to catch my connection and all the flying bs. So good to be home and see my girls!

As for today, I'm back to work from 2 till midnight. Ryleigh gets her tonsils and adnoids out tomorrow, so I'm sure I'll begin freaking out some time today too. Hope everyone is hanging in there. I missed you all!

WElcome home! THoughts and prayers headed out for Ryleigh tomorrow, I am sure that it is going to be harder on you and Erin then it will be on her! Is it outpatient?

Good luck to Ryleigh tomorrow!!!  Liz is right---this will probably be harder on you and Erin than on Ryleigh!

Good Morning! It was a fabulous day yesterday! I so love having everyone here! Have fun getting Josh today too Steffi

As for us, we are just hanging out at home today, tomorrow is back to work for me after my maternity leave so I may not put Amelia down today LOL I need to clean up the kitchen a bit and prep some food for the week. This week is only 1/2 days so it won't be so bad. I am also counting down the days until my parents come home, they have been in Alaska for over a week already and even though I am 30 years old I really miss them. I know they are having tons of Amelia "withdrawl" too. ANyway back to today - hanging out with Chris and Mia catching up on TV shows we recorded and loving our time together.

Enjoy your rainy sunday all!

Morning, everyone - glad to hear that everyone is pretty much healthy and happy.

Gloomy morning here kinda suits my mood - low energy, sad, tired, hormonal...  Just too much going on.  BUT... it will get better.

I wish I could have gotten to Liz's yesterday - was all geared to go and then my SIL (the problem one) had an emergency that shouldn't have been an emergency if she had just PLANNED her life a little better, and it was an "all hands on deck" day to try and get her house cleaned out.  This is the one that she's been trying to sell - been under contract for months.  She's supposed to close on Tues or Wed and hadn't done anything to prep for it, and the sellers told her if it was still in this condition when they came for the walkthrough that they would not close.  Finally woke her up that she needed to do something about it. It was a very exhausting and frustrating day, with her not showing up until 2 hours after we did (we showed up at the time she had asked us to), wandering around NOT telling people what needed to be done (and none of us knowing what was her stuff, what was supposed to stay, what was the renters' stuff), disappearing to have mini nervous breakdowns, and generally being dysfunctional.  We did what we could do and finally left.  As I told Eddie - "we can't live her life for her"  ...  but it still hurts to see her like that.

Katie left for school yesterday - always a sad day for me.  Eddie's working today. Becky and her boyfriend's family are up at Lake George until tonight or tomorrow, so it's just really quiet around here.

So, today will include work in my studio - cleaning and organizing, not jewelry production, cooking skirt steak for dinner tonight, and maybe even some cleaning of the upstairs bathrooms (my favorite job -not!).  Woo hoo.  Oh - and a trip to the Verizon store after Eddie gets home to get a replacement back for my Droid, as I seem to have lost mine somewhere in Jersey yesterday.

Hopefully an early to bed night for me.  Feeling run down and need to catch up with myself.  With it being the start of classes this week it will be a busy one at work, so should do some preventive sleeping.  haha.

Good morning, all!!

Interesting name for roll call, Steffi!  My son is under the bed, where he'll spend the day, I'm sure.  Yeah, he just happens to be a cat, so it's ok that he's under the bed.  lol

Nothing happening around here today, except playing the waiting game.  According to the visitation schedule, Paul is supposed to get his son tonight, but we're not sure.  The boy was going to Spain with his mom, but no one ever told us the dates they were going.  Paul left messages on his son's and his ex's cell phones last night, but no one has called back yet.  It's about a 1.5 hour drive (one way) to pick him up, so he's not going if no one calls.  Pretty typical---the ex will never tell us what's going on, and the boy never seems to know.  Oh well, one day he'll be an adult and visitation will no longer be an issue.

It's cloudy here this morning, and I think we're to get some rain.  Sun was out for a few minutes, but I think that's all we'll see it today.  Not sure if we'll go to the beach at all today.

Have a great day, everyone!!
