Freaking Friday Roll Call
Hello Friday! TOday has me in work then going to take care of some banking after work. It is suppose to be really nice tonight so hoping to hit a local bar for dinner and ****tails and listen to the band. We will see how that pans out.
Last night I had dinner with 2 of my favorite couples and then we had a long conversations about some stuff going on and in the light of day it seems so good to not be the only one that had these feelings. Love my girls!
The weekend has us going to see Trace Adkins/Toby Keith on Saturday night with our summer concert friends. Then a BBQ on Sunday in there I need to attempt to straighten up my bedroom.

Well, it's still TECHNICALLY morning for another 3 minutes... so "good morning" to all!
This has truly been a long and hellish week in so many ways, and I'm so glad it's friday! Looking forward to Liz's tomorrow.
Working today (took off Tues instead of Fri this week to go out with Katie) then home to cook and make the ice cream for tomorrow and start getting my studio spiffed up for the fall.
My casting class was cancelled (Dangit!), so that means less income this fall AND no access to the casting equipment (that's the REAL bummer). However, the balance is that I got accepted into a high profile show benefitting the Allentown Art Museum in November - a 1-night "****tails and collecting" benefit... they need 25-30 pieces but all high end stuff, so I will need to get to work! I've scheduled Eddie for every night next week to assist me with getting the rest of the cleanup done in my studio so I have a good clear workshop that is well organized. Hopefully, that will actually happen!
Katie leaves for school tomorrow right after her work shift at the grange fair. We went and saw her at the fair last night and had fun walking around - tons of people, tons of animals, some good booths and the "hot dog pig races" were a hoot (2 heats of dachsund puppies, 3 heats of baby pigs). Not looking forward to her being away, and am thankful that Becky's staying at home for a while. However, it's not been fun saying goodbye to some of Becky's closest friends who are leaving for school - these girls have been "foster daughters" to me and i will truly miss having them around.
Ah well, life progresses.
