***WEDNESDAY roll call***
GM all!
So it's 0045 and I'm getting ready to call it a night. Had a FABULOUS time at Schnibb's house. OMG that Hailey is just the cutest thing EVER I tell you!
Wednesday has me again going to either the 8:15 or 9:15 spin. Most likely 8:15. Also want to do some ab work.
After that it's home to shower and figure things out for the day
I *might* meet up with Eric's wife Erin and his two adorable girls, Hannah and Ryleigh. Hey, while the cats away.....lol
Later in the day going to visit our very own Ms. Steffi Belitsky and am sooooo excited to do so!! Wahooo!! Might be bringing the minnich clan with me!
From Steffi's BOTH of us are going to Barix, even better!
Then it'll be back home...probably sometime after 10 or 11 again. oy - I'm gonna need to go back to work to get some rest! What an awesome few days this has been! Wahoo!!!

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
Hey there - I agree with the Hailey being the cutest thing ever....(except of course when my three were that little, but whatever!)
It is 5:23 AM and guess who is NOT sleeping. I am sure I will be all joy and sunshine when I get that visitor Pammy and then go to support group tonight!
I am starting the day - well the normal part of the day - with an appointment with the surgeon. My left drain kept opening up on me tonight and I am tired of looking at them. However, the right drain is still realtively draining, so I am not sure what the doctor is going to do. Besides them being annoying, I REALLY want to sleep in my bed again. Well, atleast attempt to sleep....
I cancelled my hair appointment for this afternoon as I felt it was going to be too much because later this afternoon I am being visited by Pammy and possibly those female Minnich's. So looking forward to Barix tonight. They were my priorities - seeign Pammy and getting to Barix. The hair thing can happen later.....and really - with perky breasts and a flatter tummy, *****ALLY cares about my gray! :) HA HA! :)
Hope you all have a great Wednesday!

hey there, if they want to keep the drains in let them. I know that they are a pain but they are doing their job. I had mine removed too early I believe and I suffered with unbelieveable swelling which almost put me over the edge, ask Pam or anyone else around here at that time. It was awful. I hope that you have a fun day today, screw the gray hair, YOU GOT THE GIRLS NOW LOL
Pam I agree Hailey is the cutest thing love it. Also my schnibbe. I am hoping that Jason and I can go for a visit pretty soon, gotta let Lisa get through her surgery first. Busy day for you, but it sounds like a nice busy.
I am at work and then heading to the funeral of one of my clients wife this am. Very sad. Coming back to work, then i have a new client this afternoon. Still working on making plans to cruise in the fall of 2011 with mom and sisters. Possible trip home and New Orleans for the BD. Cant wait to get it all set in stone.
Have a wonderful day today

Good morning all and happy hump day!!
All quiet on the Jersey front. I go to a pain dr. today and hopefully he can do something to relieve the discomfort that I am still having.
Slept crappy last night, been up since 3 am. Going to be one long long day.
I was reading some post on the RNY site and get so frustrated with choices that people make. Someone who still has a way to go with their journey was wondering if it was ok to eat the crust with her pizza.
I just don't get why people would go through the WLS and then opt for pizza, when there are so many other better choices. They can make their own version and truly modify their behaviors.
I guess I shouldn't judge anyone, but guess I just want everyone to be successful. Right or wrong, sometimes it just irks me though.
I hope you all have a great day!!

morning all...
I'm sore from going to Body Pump yesterday, but it's a good sore.
Today has me working til 3:30, then going to Walmart and the grocery store since I never got there.
Tonight is First Strides... not sure what I'm going to do with Siehara. She really doesn't want to come with me and they really don't want her there because of insurance.. but it's a public park, so there's nothing saying she can't be at the park at the same time as I am. Maybe she'll just hang out near the car or in the park itself with her cell and ipod. I wi**** had a playground for her, but it doesn't. It's a walking/fishing park.
Other than that, nothing going on.. When I get the stuff from the grocery store, I'm going to need to do some meal planning. I've been doing too much random eating and it's time for more organization and planning.

Good Morning Pam & PA:
Pam, remember you are human. I know that is tough to hear when we are in these struggles, Gene has trouble hearing me tell him that. When he struggles with food that is exactly what I tell him as he will tell me when I struggle with something. Food is something we need for nutrients, energey, fuel for our bodies. Unlike booze, drugs, cigarettes, etc which can be given up when one decides to stop using. Food is not something that we can stop using. It's not fair in some ways that we are in this situation, but as Gene and I have discussed in great detail, much of our eating goes back to our family system. He and I see great differences in our eating patterns based on our family system, I find it fascinating, he finds it frustrating much of the time.
I know you will get the support you are needing tonight at Barix. If I could drive I'd come out to the meeting to support you but alas no driving for me just yet.
This afternoon my daughter Bri has a dr. appointment with a neurosurgeon. She is picking me up on her way there from work so I can be there to support her. She is pretty scared about needing back surgery. Her good for nothing father has told her for years that she will end up a paraplegic if she has anything done with her back so she's opted to stay on mega doses of narcotics. I have no idea how she functions on that stuff with her daily medication routine. I'm taking percocet (fairly mild does and I'm on my butt, not able to function) Her back pain is getting to the point she needs to do something and the last MRI showed she now has two herniated disc's in addition to all the other stuff going on with her back. While we are out I think I'll get her to stop at the Whole Foods on Rt. 73 in Jersey so I can pick up some more Greek yogurt and some Ricotta. I'm back to the basics of this surgery. Full liquids and pureed foods.
After that she'll drop me off at home. My mouth is still very painful, but I can feel a slight difference each day it is getting better. I'm almost out of the percocet so I will be giving my doc a call today for another perscription. The pain is still at a high enough point that tylenol will not be strong enough yet. I'm guessing by Friday I should be able to go strictly on the tylenol daytime.
Hope everyone has a great day...
