I did my hour in the Elliptical and it took every ounce of my strength to get thru I will be walking on my breaks as well but that will be it for me today. SO who else is moving today?

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

I'm moving today!  Got to the gym and did a little over a mile running (in my barefoot runners!), followed by about 10 minutes 4.2mph at a 7.0 incline on the treadmill.  Did my abdominal crunch machine and a bunch of good stretches, too!

Did a short, but high-resitance ride on the recumbent bike this morning.

I have a dr. appt on Friday, and I'm hoping to get cleared back onto the elliptical. I don't much care for the bike.

My daughter had me do a routine on the elliptical yesterday ..........kicked my butt. Today was a brisk 25 min. walk and more push-ups. Should do more, but dragging a bit.

Sometimes consistency is the key...and if that's what you can do to keep it consistent and NOT fall off the exercise wagon, keep at it!

20 mins on bike then 40 mins on treadmill at a moderate speed since I'm still recooping.

Thank god for Jamie (my fav spin instructor) because today was her day for the 8:15 spin class, and I knew that, so I went just for her.  I soooooo did not feel like working out.

10 mins on the treadmill (brisk walking only...I attempted jogging but was sooooo not into it, it was either bring it down to a brisk walk or get off entirely and I chose to at least keep moving)

45 min intense spin class.  Didn't work as hard as I normally do, but still hard enough to keep my heart rate in the 150's and have a puddle of sweat (literally) under my feet on the floor by my bike.  Good enough!

I rode our recumbent bike for 10 minutes this morning.  I just started this exercise routine on Monday.  I'm hoping to get up to 15 minutes next week!
