Will DEFINATELY be there! Probably still doing the grilled fruit dessert! Working on tweaking it....my mom used to make this grilled pina colada thing...basically you soak fresh pineapple rings in coconut milk, grill, and serve with ice cream. Gonna try it with unsweetened coconut milk sweetened with splenda, and gonna figure out something different to do with ricotta cream!

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
