August Cooking Class!! Fast and easy favorites

August 21 noon - ??? (usually around 4-5)
My address is 65 Raubsville Road, Easton PA 18042 (we are actually about  5 miles south of easton off of route 611).  We are at the intersection of Raubsville Rd and Flafair Dr (driveway is on the Flafair road side). Feel free to park anywhere on our grass (pink garage and forward - the neighbor behind us is a pain!)

All are welcome regardless of surgeon, type of surgery or stage in the process. Significant others and support people are welcome! Chris will be home this month!


There is no charge for the class but we do ask for a small donation (this is totally anonomous, there is a jar out) or bring a commonly used supply (crystal light packets, paper plates etc)

I think I will be bringing some protein jello called Gelatein that I ordered from Bariatric Advantage.  I ordered a whole case, and I know I won't go through all of it.

Lore just got invited to 2 birthday parties that day and she is sooo excited so I can't tell her no... so I won't be there...

BUt hang in there... btw- email me alllll you want once you are back at work to vent about the dorks you work with... btw it helped me to have lots of photos of Annabelle at work... and then remembered I could nap at lunch time even if I was pumping... couldn't do that if I was at home lol... btw- let me know if you wanna go outlet shopping my way... I will even babysit if you want to go and do it in peace hehehe...

I hope you are doing well.  I will try to make the cooking class this month, and maybe even can convince Murray to come with me.  He really hit it off with Chris, and I think it would be nice for him.  I'm not sure how late we would be able to stay since we are going to a Pigs game that night.

You must be anxious about going back to work and leaving Amelia behind, but it will be fine and, no doubt, she will do well.  It's not an easy situation, but unfortunately in this day and age, it seems to be what most people have to do.  I'll be thinking of you, but hopefully I'll see you in person to tell you that.
