As for me I didn't sleep well last night, I am getting anxious and depressed about having to go back to work (the 23rd). I don't want to leave my little girl! I also don't want to deal with the butt heads that are forming a union against me at work. I think I am going to write my bosses a letter today and address my concerns.

We don't have any plans today other then the domestic goddess stuff and snuggling with Amelia

I'm so sorry you're worrying about work during your time off.    Will your bosses listen to your complaints?  I certainly hope so---I've worked for people that refuse to acknowledge any issues, and it's awful.  Will a letter work?  Or maybe you can request a meeting with them?  Good luck!!! 

Oh they'll listen, they will more then likely even try to do something but they need massive change to make things right and I doubt that will happen. They have good intentions they are just busy and HR issues are at the bottom of their priority lists unfortunately.

I did get an e-mail from my bos this morning and they are anxious for me to come back. Maybe they are starting to realize that the "trio" that is there is nit wits

I hope it goes well for you!!!  I worked for someone years ago who was extremely difficult, and a bunch of us went to HR about the situation.  Their solution?  They met with each of us once a month to see how things were going rather than deal directly with the person causing all the problems.  Crazy!!!  Good luck!!!

Today's just a normal busy day at work with tons of meetings, training, etc.  Then home to do more digital work!  Thankfully we're still on summer hours so today's my friday.  yaya!

So glad you did well thru surg Steffi!  You are truly a mentor in my book!  I wish you much happiness ( i know it is within) but am happy for you on the "outside" too as you were so looking forward to this.

CONGRATS to YOU MAURA!  So, know I know what the "Century" club is finally.

I don't post much here, but love reading up and it keeps my spirit going when I am down!
