Trouble Coping

I had my surgery 6 years ago. My hospital was an hour and a half away, and I didn't know anything about OH. I struggled for a long time. No family support or post op support. Feel blessed to have the amount of support out there that there is. I am shocked at how much info, support, groups and activities there are nowadays for post ops. Take advantage.........
This is always a great resource for questions, concerns and statements. But open your heart and mind to other resources of support you may have in person.
