Exposing myself as human

 Thank you all for your support. I have had a few conversations in the last few days with those I love. I need to let go and let them do what they are perfectly capable of doing.....taking care of themselves. It isn't that I won't do for them, but it needs to be something that they really can't do themselves, or without help.

I am so looking forward to vacation later this week. Just to get away and clear my head a little.

John maybe you need to see someone. Learning how to embrace your new life with new tools to make real changes, is not easy. we often need someone to guide us and show us the way. I recommend it
