Cajun Turtle Burgers

   Subject: Cajun Turtle Burgers

     WOW!!! Only in Louisiana -- Here's a new twist on how to serve
     burgers.

     Handmade ground beef patties, topped with sharp cheddar cheese,
     wrapped in a bacon weave, then , add hotdogs as the
     heads, legs with slits for toes and tail.

     Place on an oven rack, cover loosely with foil and
     bake for 20-30 minutes at 400 degrees.  A little crispy, not too
     crunchy... just how a good turtle should be, no?

ok - based on the title I almost didn't click on it.... sounds like a heart-attack waiting to happen, BUT the approach could be interesting when adapted to lower fat options...
