Its official, my journey has come to its peak
I agree with you Karen, I had no idea I had gone that far. Who would have guessed other than a professional that what I see in the mirror every morning is not fat. I am happy and freaked out at the same time. Its very confusing, I'm still getting used to the fact that I am not over 400 pounds anymore, now this is totally the opposite and it takes a lot of mind bending to accept and deal with. I'm still waiting to wake up and find out the whole thing was type of weird dream.
Wow Nan - this is so awesome I'm not even sure what to say to you - congratulations definitely, but with all you've been thru just since I've known you on here and still achieve your ultimate goal in weight loss is a true testiment to the strong woman that you are.
Congratulations again - you are truly an inspiration to all of us.

Wow Nan, that's amazing!
I have a hard time even comprehending what that would feel like.... I try to compare where I am in relation to you and how our journeys compare and I really cant do it. I have no frame of reference. I guess maybe you could be the author that has just had an epic novel published and I just got done buying some paper and a few pencils at the stationary store. My journey starts tomorrow and I look forward to beginning my masterpiece! Thanks for the inspiration, and that goes to all of you on this board who continue to inspire, amaze and support me. I am so happy that I found you all! You can be sure that all of you will be thoroughly highlighted in the forward section of MY book! (I'm not sure where that all came from...it just spilled out. LOL)

Congrats Nan, you've certainly worked your tool to the "bone" ;)
But seriously, you are someone to look up to for doing all that you could to make your journey one that speaks loudly of "successing".
Hope one day I can state the same thing as you, I have largely banned all carbs of the white flour kind and very limited amounts of wheat products.
Take care and congrats again! Good luck with the plastics.

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen
