Its official, my journey has come to its peak
That's my girl!! I'm very, very proud of you. You have a strength and will that few have but it is something to aspire to for many of us here. I'm happy to see you pursuing the plastics again as I know that will make you feel better. Look how fast the last 4 years went Nan. This may seem another long, tedious journey because of the lymphedema but hey, it gives you something to look forward to and gives us tons more Nan-isms to read. I'm sure your next journey will be just as inspiring as your last once you connect with the right doc(s). Congrats. J.

Nan,
Congratulations on reaching a point where you're comfortable considering plastics! You do look fantastic and I hope this is a successful part of the journey for you. I know the lymphedema complicates things.
Just to put this out there, though (especially for the newbies!)... we cannot live in a healthy manner with 0% fat... even the most elite athletes (women) need between 4 and 6% fat to remain healthy. Women, in particular, need more - dropping below 10-12% can cause you to stop menstruating and cause some hormonal imbalances. 0% is NOT a goal we should be striving for.
(I do understand where Nan's coming from in her journey and am not taking anything at all away from that - just didn't want anyone to misconstrue what she's saying!)
Way to go, Nan! You continue to be an inspiration to so many!
