MONDAY MOVERS!!!!
Alright people.. who's moving today??
I'm probably crazy, but I'm going to try to do 3 classes today. They are totally different, so I think I'll be ok.
5:30-6:30 Cardio Step
6:30-7:15 pilates
7:15-8:15 Body pump
I think having pilates in between will help me to deal with the other two. I will definitely watch what I do with my upper body in Body Pump because of my shoulder.
Who else is moving today??

I know whenever I did Pilates that I sweated my butt off... so be prepared and make sure you have a lot of water with ya...
I am hoping to go ride my bike tonight... but we will see how that goes tonight... other wise I am doing massive amount of cleaning aka pitching crap lol... and still painting the bathroom... so lots of bending and wiggling and arm stuff other wise lol...
yea so.. I made it through the 3 classes. Cardio Step requires way more coordination than this girl has. I was getting pretty frustrated and tried to just keep moving, but for some reason I couldn't stay motivated in that class. I didn't leave though.
The same instructor did all 3 classes. She changed up pilates from what I'm used to, also. We did a lot on the step but I was able to do most of it. My shoulder held me up from a little, but not too much.
I was sooo happy for body pump because at least in there I know what I'm doing and know how to change things up to make up for my shoulder pain. I did really well with that and even helped someone new in the class with proper form!!
I spoke to the instructor after about my shoulder and she showed me some stretches and told me to make sure I came home and iced it. So, I have a bag of frozen corn on my shoulder now until I get into the shower. Then, I'll put it back on when I get out for the next 15 min session of ice.
OH and I drank at LEAST 50 oz of water during that 3 hour period.. if not more.

I worked with my trainer, then did 25 minutes of cardio and then when to my karate class where he focused all on conditioning...i was like a limp noodle by the time I got home. But...since switching trainers 6 weeks ago, I have lost 10% body fat and 7 pounds. Yesterday i herded 4 sheep and an alpaca that got loose after that storm...fixed the fence so they couldnt get out again...all in wet grass and wet flip flops which isn't easy...then took the dogs swimming. Will probably take the dogs swimming again tomorrow.
