One other thing, if you eat the same exact thing on a regular basis, you need to mix it up, add different types of proteins to your routine and the only carbs you should be eating should be veggies if you have already had your protein.  No rice, potatoes, pasta, or bread.

Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.
