Update! 85 days out.

Just wanted to pop in while I am traveling and say hi to everyone in PA!

Wish I had more time to spend on the board but I have been very busy and hope everyone is feeling great!

I am now down to 248lbs in 85 days!!!!

I went to Fronteir Days in Cheyenne Wy today and met an old friend who said I look like I am 30 years old again!!! Guess I need to update my photo.

Never argue with an idiot! They just drag you to their level and beat you with experience!
