They would be even more excellent with a smear of fat free cream cheese.

Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.

Y'know - after you mentioned how much the one tastes like carrot cake, that got me to thinking about making it intentionally "carrot cakey".... including shredding some carrots in it, adding a bit more coconut, and making a FF/SF cream cheese "icing" for it...

Nope - it's the Steel's honey flavored one here (you could also use the vanilla - haven't tried it but i'd bet it would be yummy).  I find I get about 4 recipes of granola bars per jar of this, btw.

for some reason i have spelt flour in my cabinet.  I'm sure there was a recipe that I pulled somewhere, but now have no clue what or why or how.

Any ideas?

Lisa,

I have spelt flour too.  I picked it up for one of Eggface's recipes, but I don't remember which one.  It might have been for mini muffins. Try a search on her site to see if you come up with any ideas.

Oh, I might have to try that one!!!  We love crepes!!!  (Our favorite breakfast place at the beach has awesome crepes with fruit and chantilly cream!  Unfortunately, their cream has sugar, but I could make my own version at home now.)
