Running???

Thanks Pam, Karen I don't live far from you, maybe when it gets closer we can find a 5K and I can give that a try.  I am trying to talk my daughter into it, because I don't think I can do the whole thing on my own.  We'll see what happens, but I am starting to do the training now.
