M3  Pot roast
M4  Protein
M5  baked chicken and rice with veggies

food is good, we need food!

B: 2 scrambled eggs with lowfat cheese
S: greek yogurt with strawberries
L: roast beef and cheese roll ups, cherries
S: maybe a protein shake or some left over chicken pieces
D: pork chops and mashed cauliflower
S: NSA ice cream sandwich (if Chris didn't eat the last one lol)

M-1 Protein shake / bannana
M-2 Chai latte
M-3 Sardines/ salad
M-4 strawberries and greek yogurt
M-5 not sure because we are going out will be heavy in protein and veggies
