***Thirsty Thursday Roll Call

Good Morning PA,
Another late night on Wednesday.  The Phillies loss, then on Food Network, Dinner Impossible had to feed the Phillies Spring Training Camp with different challenges.  Then the insanity of Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert.

Thursday...I never did tidy this place this week.  Pool, AA, tidy, then the Phillies game and the fireworks afterward.

Hope everyone stays hydrated.

Hugs,
Trish

Hi all,

I used to work on Thursdays so now I can enjoy knitting club.  I am facing another hot day ahead and will try to keep cool somewhere.

Have a great day all.

Hey seems like we have a double roll call so i will post here too

I am at work this am and have a busy day scheduled but I think it will be alright. I did manage to do some fit tv classes yesterday so I feel good about that. My goal is to do something until I can get a gym schedule in place. I did all of the things that I had on my list yesterday so that is good too. Definately feel like I am coming out of that funk that has been plaquing me for a few months now.

I think some of it has to do with the Watsu Session I had on Monday. It was very therapuetic. I highly recommend it. The woman I went to was in Philly if anyone wants her information, let me know.

Morning Trish, PA,

Been a while since I was able to find time to post here, I sat down for a little while last night and read a couple of posts, seems like people are having wow moments and mostly happier days, which is all good.  Me, I'm just super busy with my life, challenges abound in all areas, but I did not get to this point in my life to not be able to deal with them. . .

I liked Pam's post the other day about goals and I will figure some out in the coming days, for now my goal is to get myself in gear for the workday ahead.

Wishing everyone a cool and wet day, as in staying hydrated.

Peace, Laureen
