PA Medicaid and Plastics Covered??

I strongly believe that the reason for my persistent lower back pain is my excess skin. I take 10 mg of Flexeril, do back exercises, and use heating pad. I first noticed the pain in March and have been having back pain ever since. Dr. sent me for Lumbar x-rays. Came back as slightly curved spine.....I really hope that with the back pain and documenting with my PCP, I can get this excess skin removed covered by my insurance (Medicaid). I am from Pennsylvania.
