Went to PT this morning.  Together we read the report from my MRI.  I have a torn hip labrum.  It's the cartilage in between your ball and socket in the hip.  I see Dr. Vitanzo tomorrow.  I will let you know what I find out then.  When I was there two weeks ago he told me he could fix me and that I could run the Princess 1/2 Marathon in February.  I sure hope he knows what he is talking about because registration for the race opened yesterday.  Keep your fingers crossed for me.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!
