sticking to the basics - Tuesday Tidings
Back from vacation and very happy to be at work because it allows me to get into a routine again.
B - SF oatmeal
S - yogurt with granola
L - Hamburger patty with cheese
S - Strawberries
D - Not sure yet, I'm cooking for me and the kids, so it's going to be something simple.
S - Protein shake...flavor to be determined based on my craving at the time...lol.

lunch: ham and cheese roll ups with a salad
dinner: cheeseburger on a deli flat with a salad
I left wiggle room in between because I am going to the movies this afternoon.
