Move it Monday

As I mentioned in roll call....dragged my butt to the gym today after a hectic 3 day weekend at work.  I knew once I got to the gym I'd be ok...but getting there took every single ounce of willpower I could possibly muster.

Did 15 mins on the treadmill and then worked with my trainer for 30 mins doing basically a full body weight routine and then abs, and he cycled it quickly so it was also a cardio workout.

Felt pretty good - lets see if I still say that tomorrow.
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Pam,
I did 4 miles on the Elliptical burning off 1500 calories! i am feeling it now. I am proud of you. It's not easy dragging our butts to the gym but you are determined I can tell.

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

 Keep up the good work, Pam.  It will definitely pay off.

I am about to leave for the Bethlehem Gold's to meet up with my friend at Pilates and Body Pump.  My arms are sore from yesterday.. still didn't post about my adventures, but I will.  I'll just lower the weights if I have to.
