Although right now I'm am revelling in a post work out endorphin rush, I have absolutely NO doubt I will agree with your title in about...oh....3 or so hours.  I went to bed after one am and was up by 4:30.  It was SUPPOSED to be 4:15 but sometimes that 15 mins is all that's holding you together, lol

Quick post for me...went to the gym for about two hours....weights, abs, spin class  New instructor who was pretty good, but apparantly believes I am coordinated.  Pffft!  The changes she was having us doing....crimminey!  I'm sure it would have been easier to contort myself into a pretzel.

I'm home, already showered, and now must get dressed and throw on some make up to go with my un did hair (it'll look all sorts of fab with no product on a hot humid day, lemme tell you) so I can meet up with a friend and go GET our hair did.  At least I know by 11 or 12  this morning I will look like a half decent human!

Coming home and then....????  Brian and I will do something...movies?  I dunno what yet.  Another night off for me, and I see a nap somewhere in my future.

Good Morning All. Rough night in our house Amelia was up every 2 hours. She is so stuffy and just wants to be held. I don't mind at all but 1 1/2 hours of sleep at a time takes it's toll on a girl! I might run out today to get some baby vicks - someone told me to rub it on her feet (same as we can do as adults) and that should help with the stuffiness. Other then that just the mundane plans - laundry, cleaning and maybe some weeding and watering of the flower beds if it isn't too opressive out today

Morning everyone.

First day back to work after 10 days off.  Ugh.  I was getting used to being on vacation.  After work, I am just hanging with the kids, etc.  Erin is getting together with some friends to discuss a bridal shower for one of her friends.  Not much else going on with me.

Had a great time at the Ironpigs game last night with Pam.  Not that any of you follow Minor League Baseball, but they looked great.  Strong starting pitching and that Dominic Brown is an absolute stud.  For you Phillies fans, Ryan Madson pitched less than an inning in a rehab appearance and looked like complete garbage.

Hope everyone has a great day.  Stay cool!

Thanks for the report on the Iron Pigs!  Silly Ryan Madson, kicking a chair!!  I have heard the buzz about Dominic Brown, maybe he'll be moved up if the Phils have any more injuries.

The Phillies did have a good night last night, thanks to Roy.

Can they keep it going????

Good morning Nic and all of PA,

Got home from Cape May yesterday and will be heading back there on Thursday.  Have a bunch of things to get done today.  Heading out for a 10:15 Zumba class, then to the hairdressers for a cut and color, then to the chiropractor for a much needed adjustment.  All of this running around in a car without air conditioning.  The car is 10 years old and isn't worth the $900+ to fix it.  This means by next summer there WILL BE a new car in my life (car payments and increased insurance  Have to start doing my research now because I keep my cars for at least 10+ years.

Tomorrow heading into downtown Philly for an early dinner with a group of teachers from my first school.  Have been getting together for 30 years.  One of these days we hope to be in People Magazine for our longevity as a group

Keep cool and well hydrated today everyone.  It's close to 90 degrees already and it's not even 10 AM.  Take care.

Good Morning Nicole,
I hope you feel better.  I was not doing so well yesterday, some kind of virus that had my pouch nauseous, and many trips to the bathroom.  I know, TMI.

Today, I am feeling a little better.  Had some breakfast, hope it stays there.  Walked Utley in this brutal heat.  I am so tired of the heat, I drive him to the park, because he does not piddle till we get there, so why walk there in the heat.

My plans for today are phone calls, and errands, and a trip to the gym for a swim and an AA meeting.  Nothing exciting, sorry.

Have a great day.

Hugs,
Trish
