**Star Spangled Saturday Roll Call**

It seems like i slept in today, as everyone posted hours agao!  

I just looked at our 5 day forecaster in the kitchen and after tomorrow it is going to be 100 and 101 !!  Enjoy the cool nights now, because the heat will be on. 

Just laying in our little pool today and tomorrow, and trying to catch up on my tan.

Steffi--you can cook egg whites in the microwave.  Make sure you spray the inside of the container with PAM or some type of non-stick spray.  Put a paper towel over it and heat it for 90 seconds--you can also put it on 50% power too.  

Enjoy what ever you do today and if you are at work, I hope it goes by fast and painless!

Thanks Ann - I knew there was a way - what kind of container?  Can it be any old plastic thing you would put in there to heat up stuff?  Can I add cheese to it before it cooks?  Or wait til after and melt in on?

Still at the beach.  Alright, quit feeling sorry for me!!!     Our neighbors here arrived yesterday, so now Anson has someone to hang out with.  The boys are 6 years apart in age, but they still have a good time swimming and playing video games.  The neighbor (the boy's mom) can be very aloof sometimes, but this weekend she's great.  We hung out on the deck and talked all last evening, and are planning a 'cook out' for tomorrow, followed by watching fireworks on the beach.  (We can't grill here, but we can still have hot dogs and other picnic stuff.)

Good afternoon everyone very busy weekend so far. Family from georgia is here. Last night more family stopped over so it was a bit crazy here for a while. Got to bed late. Up early this morning for bloodwork then one last visit to the grocery store for tomorrows party.

Took Katie (granddaughter) to the mall - she wanted a build-a-bear so she and her mom got one. Went to the disney store and they were having a big sale so I got the remaining 5 gifts we needed for the party tomorrow and a tshirt for moi. Tonight we're meeting my nephew and his gf to watch fireworks.

Tomorrow is the big party and Monday we're all heading over to another granddaughters house for a BBQ. We have 20 some grandchildren and 13 great grands so it will be a very full weekend!!

Sonthars my update. Just tried taking a nap - didn't work but I did rest for a bit so that helped. Have to go wrap the rest of the gifts for the party then run out tonight to pick up the sandwich trays for tomorrow and pizza for tonight.

I'm tired - lol !!

This is a little late. But better late than never.  I am in VA with my husband's family.  Got up this morning took a nice long walk by myself.  My knees are killing me now!!!  I haven't walked outside in ages. Normally at the gym on the elliptical. But it felt great.  Having picinic this afternoon. Then fireworks tonight.  Hope y'all have a great day, what's left of it.
