Ok, so most of you will see these on FB but I'm "showing off" here too....I have the castle cake pans I mentioned..and when I was talking to ppl at work and mentioning food I could bring...I was immediately shot down and told I MUST bring a baked good...they will take care of food as long as I bake for them, lol

The one on the left is a "regular" pound cake...that I "dusted" with graham cracker crumbs for a sandy finish...and so I remembered which one is which LMAO

The one on the right is a sf "sour cream" (IE greek yogurt) coffee cake with cinnamon and pecans.

They are both sitting on a "beach" of graham cracker crumbs.  I'm bringing mixed berries and freshly whipped cream to serve with them...

Keep in mind....they are simply cake pans...no, I do NOT carve intricate cakes like Ace of Cakes, lol.

Pam,

AMAZING cakes!  WOW, awesome!  Can you give the recipe for the SF cake?  Sounds yummy!

I make any cake sf by subbing equal amounts of maltitol for sugar.  Maltitol can be ordered online (netrition.com for example)

I'll post the recipie probably sometime today for this specific one, however
