so you obviously read this before today's roll call post... LOL.. never made it there last night, but I did do some power shopping!!! lol!  oh well.. I'm still doing much more than the NUT says they suggest and still more than I did 2 weeks ago.

Yep - I realized this AFTER I finally got around to today's roll call.

Hey - crap happens - and you're right - you are definately doing more than you were two weeks ago.  The probelm arises when we allow crap to happen more than we allow ourselves to do something for US, like the gym.

Keep it up girlie!
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

SURPRISE I moved. Sadly Work Gym will not be ready and available to use until late summer/fall and I have to sign a waiver to use it. I don't have a problem with that but the gym hours are 7-6PM I work 9-5:30 that would only give me half and hour to work out. Anyway I digress I did my hour on the Elliptical and have been climbing up and down the stairs. Did I tell ya all that I love my new office. Parking is half a mile away and I never take the elevators always taking stairs. Every step counts!!

I know with the kids it's probably not an option...but what about using the work gym in the mornings before work?

Well, I'm out of action for 6-8 weeks, as most of your know.

But in the grand scheme of things, this is but a speedbump, and I'll be back with a vengenace once I'm all healed up!

Actually - you've got one of the biggest work outs for the next 6-8 weeks...and that's getting yourself healed.  That's a LOT of work, determination, "soreness" (I use that term VERY loosely as I know it's damn painful, not soreness what you are and have gone through)

You can still feel free to come onto the daily post and kick our butts, though!
