Well I don't post much but I check in all the time.
I feel like as a sucess I should check in every now and again in case someone is scared.I will be out 5 months on 7/15. I have my Drs appt today and I can tell you "this works!"
I eat my small meals, workout 4/5 x's weekly , I do NOT dump and I feel wondeful! I started this journey at 237 highest 225.8 surgery weight and I weigh 168.25 today Which by my count is just short of 70lbs. Not too shabby 38 or so lbs to go.
For all the newbies.......enjoy the ride!
Life is so much more grand in a size 12 lol

Great post!!!  And remember...you are successing...not a "success".....because success implies an end....and your fantastic journey will NEVER end...it just keeps getting better and better!

FANTASTIC stats thus far - amazing work and it shows how hard you are working your tool!
