M2:  fresh pineapple and lowfat cream cheese
M3: Meatballs (finally!  didn't have them last night again - brought them with me today!)
M4:  Activia yogurt and homemade granola
M5:  something mexican, i think... will be out

M1: 1/2 of DD egg white turkey sausage flatbread sandwich
         coffee w/sf french vanilla creamer and splenda

M2: soy chips w/ avocado hummus

M3: leftover pork & sauerkraut from last night

M4: beef roast, 1/2 of a sweet potato

M5: protein shake when I get back from gym

 M1 Oatmeal with protein and SF syrup
M2 First restaurant since surgery!!  Pan-seared Tarragon Bassa fish filet at Basil Leaf in Newtown!!
M3 Cheese stick
M4 A left over piece of the fish from M2!! A leftover piece of turkey burger from last night (small)
M5  Fresh melon and kiwi...and a no sugar added fudgesicle
