Great job on losing 20 lbs before your surgery.  I think the insurance company just wants to see that you were doing a 6 month supervised.  I don't think they have a set amount of weight that you need to lose.  It's more so they can see how committed you are to the process.

As you continue your successing, follow the same guidelines you did in this post.  What I mean is, don't use the word ONLY when you are talking about any of your losses.  Any loss is a good loss and there are no only's. 

You are going to rock your tool when you get it just as you have been rocking this past 6 months!

Good morning, PA!!

I didn't sleep well last night.  Finally fell asleep around 4am and was awake again at 7am.  I don't know if it was caffeine or what, but I wasn't enjoying it.  We're in a 2 room condo, with one of my guys sleeping in each room, so that meant no lights, no tv.  I was reading by flashlight.  Yeah, like being a kid and reading under the covers after lights out!  lol

I'll probably do some laundry today.  Our machines here are really small, so I try not to let the laundry pile up too much.  Talk about an exciting life!!

Good Morning Pa,
Deliah and I will be spending lots of one on one time today and tomorrow.  Mommy is at the hospital taking a class.  I need to find someplace near Salisbury to have my six month bloods drawn.  Not sure but thinking of going to the mall to walk in the cool air.  Got an email from some  people I used to work with, and all us retired folks will be going to breakfast next Wednesday.  (I am a little nervous about this)  I haven't seen any of these people since way before my surgery.  (I retired last June, surgery in Nov.)  It should prove interesting.  Have a Good Day All!!!

Good Morning PA, and Eric,
I overslept this morning, and I woke up with a killer headache.  

Today has me working to get rid of the headache.  Then, I have a doctor's appointment and I must take my daughter's stroller and a book to her.  I babysat Lincoln last night, but left his stroller in my trunk.
