Monday Movers
I moved my butt this morning after not doing any sort of formal excercise since last wednesday.I did my hour on the Elliptical and I have to share this AMAZING WOW my cousin's got married last night I danced for 3 hours. Never in my wildest imagination would I have been able to do that before. So who else is moving today?
Good job getting back on the elliptical Shilpa and AWESOME for dancing all night!!
Tonight, I will go to the gym. It will either be pilates and body pump in Bethlehem with my new work out buddy, or Spin and strength training in Whitehall by myself. Either way, I will be at one of the Gold's locations in my area.

I moved I moved I MOVED lol
Went to the gym....did a ten min warm up on the treadmill which was 3.5 mph @ 3% incline
Met with my trainer...he decided to re do my initial eval considering I had basically stopped going after the first few sessions....that was 15 mins of cardio and strength training...and then 15 mins of weight training
After that I did my "ball" crunches with weights
Then stayed for an hour long spin class

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
I HEART DANCING.... our wedding is going to be a 5 hour plus dance party!
I am getting ready to head out to finish up week 1 ...8 weeks to 10K training.... I think I might be re-doing week 1...only because I cant seem to kee my heart rate down throughout the steady run days... hmmm.
Anyway.. keep pushing everyone... it's hot and it aint easy

Can I just say that I do NOT want to go to the gym today??? Not at all?!! I think the heat and poor air quality (I have asthma) are getting to me.
However, I will go. One hour of cardio kickbox will happen today. Maybe some strength training, but for now I'm just committing to the cardio kick. Even though I DO NOT WANT TO!

well I was told not to get up so much at work... so I took my sweet time in the potty texting people lol... so not so much on the moving lol... btw- work is VERY VERY boring without you and liz to email... no more of you 2 leaving me at work with no one to talk to... btw- i was just getting my printouts at work and nothing else... argh!!
