** Sweet Saturday Roll Call **

Good morning Steffi and PA board,

    Am packing for Cape May.  Want to get an early start tomorrow so I will pack the car tonight.  Will be down for a week, home for a few days and back down again for another week.  Can't wait.  Last summer I wasn't able to go down as much due to recovery from surgery.  Will be making a spiritual retreat this week and then working in the kitchen.  If anyone is down Cape May Point from 7/7 to 7/12 stop by.  It is the retreat house for the Sisters of St. Joseph right next to the state park and the lighthouse.  Most of the girls haven't seen me in a while so I am anticipating a lot of WOW moments.  Can't wait.  Will be checking in a few times while on retreat.  Everyone keep cool and hydrated.  Looks like it's going to be hot until next Wed. or Thurs.  Take care.

Good evening everyone! We have arrived in Avalon, NJ and have settled in to our house for the next week. Spent an hour or so in the pool with the kids this afternoon and they had a blast. Hoping for a hot couple days to take advantage of the pool and beach. While being away for a week can prove to be a challenge post-WLS, Erin and I did most of the shopping, so we were able to make some smart food choices. I'll be in and out throughout the week.
