Hello All!
Just dropping in to say hello. I have left my laptop sit for 6 days straight. No FB, Oh, or email. Life is crazy!
New job is great, crappy, exhausting and exhilarating..........all the same time. But definitely a MAJOR adjustment. Time wise, I have to figure out how to prioritize some things. But otherwise, all is well.
I miss updates on everyone, and checking in. I hope life is rocking and rolling for everyone. Congrats to all new "Wow's" and post ops...........and love to all of you still "truckin" along and living the life of a wonderful WLS Post Op!
Hugs and kisses to all!

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!
So, uh, what makes you think we were wondering? It wasn't like there were posts about you from people asking about you and what not. Sheesh. You've been talking to steffi to much and developing a napolean complex or suttin there girlie
New jobs are ALWAYS a huge adjustment - heck - I'm still adjusting to my "new" job at Sacred Heart, and it's been over a month already...and it's still the "same" job I've done..nursing is nursing...facilities are not!
I'm sure you will learn the time management and prioritization thing in no time and figure out what works for you, your staff, your family...the whole "kit and kaboodle" as my parents would say.
Nice seeing your smiling face, though!

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
Jackie, I don't go over there too much. I tend to get REALLY frustrated with some of the posts. And I have this urge to respond in a "not so kind way". And since the last thing I need or want to do is argue or tick off a preggo, I have not checked in.
